Simple clean black lines throughout the cladding, contrasted with raw timber window screening and decking; the architect has chosen an exterior design that harmonizes with the natural surrounding environment, of historic trees and open green space.

Interior designer Nicole Honeycombe pays particular homage to light, with a subtle minimalism reflected throughout each space.

A considered application of textured stone surfaces and natural timber create a sense of livable ease and connection with the surrounding environment.

Timber flooring compliments the calm architectural colour palette and creates visual harmony, while accentuating the light-filled, open-plan living spaces.

In keeping with the preference for hardwearing and sustainable materials, the kitchen incorporates a suite of Fisher and Paykel appliances. The bespoke joinery can be made to preference, with an emulation of whitened oak or smoked oak cabinetry options.

A subtle juxtaposition can be identified in the use of timber and stone, a craft of understated elegance. Brushed nickel features work in harmony with the carefully selected materiality, elevating each space with a quiet nod to enduring sophistication.

In the bathrooms, smoked oak coloured cabinetry is accompanied by large light grey tiles that cover the floors and wrap the walls, connecting and expanding the space. Fresh white timber panelling vertically scales the upper walls, adding height and texture to the carefully selected tones to help form a tranquil sanctuary for everyday life.
